The Parabellum approach is different. It develops the body through three essential layers — not as separate phases, but as an integrated system working in concert.

Notorious FoX is the Beginner+ phase of the system. You're no longer just learning how to exercise — you're learning how to train.

This program represents the transition from foundational fitness into structured, intelligent progression. Movement literacy becomes strength. Strength becomes capability. Capability becomes confidence.

The Guild Houses

Inside Notorious FoX, training paths are organized into Guild Houses. Each house emphasizes a different physical adaptation while still developing complete fitness. Choose your house. Train your way.

House One
Crimson
Strength
Build raw force through compound lifting. Squats, presses, and deadlifts become the backbone. Accessories develop the posterior chain, upper back, and core stability.
Crimson trainees become strong, resilient, and difficult to break.
House Two
Azure
Hypertrophy
Build muscle through controlled fatigue and tension. Volume, tempo work, and isolation exercises create muscular development while maintaining balanced movement patterns.
Azure trainees develop size, symmetry, and durability.
House Three
Verdant
Endurance
Build work capacity and stamina. Circuit training and conditioning improve recovery between efforts while strengthening the entire body under sustained demand.
Verdant trainees become relentless — able to perform under fatigue.
House Four
Ember
Functional Fitness
Build coordination, mobility, and athletic movement. Unilateral strength, rotational control, and dynamic conditioning develop a body that moves well in the real world.
Ember trainees become agile, adaptable, and powerful.

You don't need to be an athlete. But by the end of this program — you will feel like one.
